Domestic Orders (Singapore)

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may vary due to stock availability. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages generally have a 2- 4 days delivery time. Local shipping is offered at a flat rate of S$2.00. All packages will be sent out via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers who do not wish to purchase via the shopping cart can email in their orders directly to orders@lucydacyd.com. An invoice will be emailed to you shortly. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to our POSB/DBS account within 24 hours upon receipt of our invoice.

We do not provide the option of meet ups or self collection.

All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed.

We ship worldwide!

We ship worldwide via Singpost and packages generally have a 6 - 14 days delivery time depending on the destination. If you require a faster shipping alternative, please contact us and we'll advise you on the extra shipping costs. Postage costs will be calculated automatically and will reflect on your Checkout page. All international orders mailed out includes both tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please note that any taxes or customs fees in regards to your purchase is to be held responsible by the customer.

International Orders (Everywhere else!) - Postage is automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. Once you're done adding the items you would like to purchase to your cart, select your country at Checkout and the postage costs is automatically reflected.

Backorder and Preorder

When purchasing backordered or preordered items, please take note of the waiting time as stated in the item's description. Items will usually require a 4 - 5 weeks waiting time from the closing date of the backorder/preorder, to when it gets delivered. Please note that there may be delays in stock arrival and in such circumstances, an option for a full refund will be offered. Backorders and preorders must be paid in full at time of purchase, and no cancellations or changes will be allowed.

If you make a group purchase of current and backordered/preordered items, the available items will be mailed out to you first.
